Overheard at Thanksgiving Dinner: People Share Amusing and Insightful Thanksgiving Tweets

It looks like writer and social media influencer James Breakwell is raising his kids to be just as witty and funny as him! He tweeted this adorably hilarious conversation he had with his 4-year-old a few days before Thanksgiving. His kid asked if they could eat pizza for Thanksgiving instead of turkey. 

James said they couldn’t eat pizza for Thanksgiving because that’s not what the pilgrims ate. Instead of accepting this statement as a fact, his 4-year-old responded with the zinger, “Their dad was probably mean, too.” Boom. If you’ve ever gotten roasted by a little kid (and you probably have), you already know how much James’ ego must have been bruised.
