Overheard at Thanksgiving Dinner: People Share Amusing and Insightful Thanksgiving Tweets

Vegetarians and vegans may want to skip this joke. Sam Kalidi tweeted some dark Thanksgiving humor with this animation of Donald Duck feeding his adorable duck children a cooked turkey. The text on the image says, “Anyone we know?” which is hilarious but utterly devious. Sam captioned his picture with, “A Disney Thanksgiving.” 

Donald Duck doesn’t look to pleased about this joke, but the little ducklings sure do! Even though ducks and turkeys are two completely different species of bird, they’re still family. The only consolation we can hope for is that this sacrificed fake turkey wasn’t an acquaintance to Mr. Donald Duck’s family.
