When it comes to men trying to understand women, they still have a long way to go… Just when we thought that things were becoming more equal and understood in society between the two genders, there are a lot of men out there who truly believe some rather unbelievable things to be true about women. The Reddit page, r/NotHowGirlsWork, proves that some men sincerely think that women are a completely different species… Some of these misconceptions are so outrageous that it will make you wonder how these men have gotten through life this far. Who knows, maybe a bad break-up or a bruised ego are reasons as to why some men think this way but don’t say we didn’t warn you…

It is no secret that some people out there think women are a completely different species from men. And whilst men and women obviously have some differences between them, that doesn’t mean they are bad. But one thing is for sure, it seems like some men will never truly understand women until they actually respect them.
And comparing a woman to an animal like a cat is what we would call disrespectful… If the man who wrote this comment actually took the time to understand his female partner and why she felt all of these things, maybe they would have a much more open, secure, and loving relationship. But demonizing someone for wanting to be loved is not cool…
